2010 CALGARY WEDDING MUSIC PACKAGES

All packages include advanced planning discussion, professional sound system, lighting effect(s), music library, in-town travel & delivery, set-up and tear-down of necessary equipment and continuous music (except during speeches/toasts). 'Cocktail/Dinner Music" add-ons also include complimentary microphone & PA usage, music for slide shows, video presentations etc.

GOLD STANDARD DJ PACKAGE:  $795.00

  • Non-interactive, music only package - Includes non-interactive disc jockey, compact sound system (suitable for up to 100 guests), lighting effect, music library and necessary announcements
  • Pre-event phone consultation
  • Flat rate of up to four hours of continuous dance music
  • Up to three hours of Cocktail/Dinner music & PA use: add $95.00*
  • Overtime: $50 per half hour or $95 per hour
  • OPTIONAL: Sound system upgrades for Gold events over 100 guests: from $45
  • Please note: Our Gold Standard & Custom Economy packages are not recommended for upscale venues such as The Fairmont Palliser, The Ranche Restaurant etc...

PLATINUM PROFESSIONAL DJ PACKAGE:  $995.00

  • Includes professional wedding disc jockey who can be interactive or non-interactive as desired, professional sound systems suitable for up to 200 guests, basic light show, music library and necessary announcements
  • Pre-event phone consultation
  • Flat rate of up to four hours of continuous dance music
  • Up to three hours of Cocktail/Dinner music & PA use:  add $95.00*
  • Overtime: $50 per half hour or $95 per hour

Platinum 'PLUS' DJ PACKAGE:   $1095.00

  • Includes professional wedding disc jockey who can be interactive or non-interactive as desired, enhanced sound systems suitable for events OVER 150 guests (up to 300), wireless microphone system, full light show, music library and guest interaction
  • In-person meeting: get to know your entertainer with a personal consultation if you wish
  • Event coordination & assistance in planning your event if needed (pre-planning of traditional events, activities or program via phone, fax or e-mail)
  • Flat rate of up to four hours of continuous dance music
  • Up to three hours of Cocktail/Dinner music & PA use:  add $95.00*
  • Overtime: $50 per half hour or $95 per hour

DIAMOND INTERACTIVE ENTERTAINMENT PACKAGE: $1895.00

  • Includes one of our top-rated wedding entertainers known for their personality, talent, experience, expanded music selection, mixing ability and top-notch customer service
  • In-person meeting: get to know your entertainer with a personal consultation if you wish
  • Complimentary pre-event coordination & assistance in planning your event if needed
  • Flat rate of four+ hours of continuous dance music

ELITE WEDDING ENTERTAINMENT PACKAGE:   $2495.00

  • Ideal for larger weddings (over 100 guests)
  • Bi-amped sound systems with subwoofer(s) and advanced light shows
  • Includes two of our top-rated personalities known for their talent, strong music knowledge, expanded music selection, mixing ability and top-notch customer service
  • Event coordination & assistance in planning your event if needed
  • Flat rate of up to four hours of continuous dance music
  • Up to three hours of Cocktail/Dinner music & PA use:  add $150.00*
  • Always a 2-person show

CUSTOM MUSIC / ENTERTAINMENT PACKAGES:

  • A unique entertainment option featuring music services or entertainment based on your wants & needs. This package may include a variety of options including your choice of hours, lighting and/or additional entertainers or audio/video services.

*DINNER MUSIC: Because most venues do not allow us to bring outside food or beverage, we ask that a meal be provided for your DJ/Entertainer if booking us for your cocktail/dinner period.


KARAOKE "ADD-ON" PACKAGES: As an add-on to any of our great disc jockey/entertainment packages:

Saturdays:$150 / Sundays to Fridays:$100

  • The original sing-along activity! We provide a wide variety of songs on CD+G, with the lyrics appearing on a TV monitor for the singer. Individuals or groups are encouraged to sing along, regardless of talent. Like with other parties, Karaoke works well at smaller wedding receptions as it can keep a party going if there isn't much dancing. All Karaoke packages come with a 1000 song library of the most requested Karaoke hits, including Oldies, 70's, Country, Rock, Pop, Adult Contemporary, & Top 40
